Toyota Canada offers a very competitive warranty on replacement batteries installed by an authorized Toyota dealer.
All 84 and 72 month Toyota batteries are warranted to be free from defects in materials/workmanship during the Service Replacement Battery Warranty period, when installed by an authorized Toyota dealer in the Toyota vehicles for which they are intended. After 24 months, batteries will be pro rated according to the Service Replacement Battery Pro Rata chart.

Submit your battery warranty claims to TCI in the usual manner.
- Batteries where the warranty plaque has been altered or destroyed.
- Failures due to use of other than recommended electrolyte.
- Batteries that have been pre-owned, dropped, contaminated, cracked, frozen, or otherwise damaged.
- Recharging of discharged batteries.
- Batteries that have been involved in a vehicle accident.
- Batteries that have been damaged due to overcharging.
